  This company has no soul. They do what they want because they can get away with it since they are the only water company that we can use out here. We called to ask about what we had to do if we wanted to transfer water into someone else's name and after speaking with them we decided to just keep it in our name and charge the new tenants. A few days later they came out and put a lock on the meter and then claimed that we called them for a disconnect. I told the lady that NO ONE asked them to disconnect the water but only ASKED about a transfer process. She said " well someone had to have called to disconnect ". She totally did not care that they made a mistake. Run away if you know this is the only water company option.
